"Join the Detroit Zoo as we celebrate Earth Day on Saturday, April 21, 2007. Activities include an eco-friendly craft for the kids, children's entertainment, visits from Smokey Bear, local conservation groups, and tips from the Detroit Zoo's own Green Team.
New for 2007, the Green Team will host the Green Games Gallery, which will feature games using recycled materials, storytelling in a milkjug igloo and educational displays.

Marc Thomas and Max the Moose will be performing at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the Ford Education Center theatre.
