Saturday July 11 from 11am-1pm German artisan Carl A. Nielbock will be touring the grounds of Historic Fort Wayne and discussing his proposed Arts Initiative combining architectural and ornamental metal hand crafting, restoration of the Fort facilities, and creating a coalition of arts and cultural organizations to breath life back into the Fort.
