MCB Pick of the Weekl: 4/29 Martin Bisi show Sonic Youth/Dresden Dolls/Swans producer @Lager House w/ ex-Dresden Dolls,Cop Shoot Cop +Carolyn Striho

MCB pick of the week has to be Thursday's April 29 show at PJ's Lager House.
Martin Bisi (Long-time indie producer in Brooklyn)
(Sonic Youth, Dresden Dolls, Swans, Boredoms etc).
Brian Viglione ex-Dresden Dolls will be drumming,
and Michael Kaminski ex-Cop Shoot Cop will be on guitar.
Also on the bill is Carolyn Striho,
who's been nominated in 12 categories of the Detroit Music Awards.

Martin Bisi has been a NYC musician and record producer since the 80s. At a studio he started with Brian Eno in Brooklyn, he has since realized albums by Sonic Youth, Swans, John Zorn, Africa Bambaataa, The Dresden Dolls, Herbie Hancock's Rockit, Boredoms, Helmet, White Zombie, Cop Shoot Cop, Material/Bill Laswell, Foetus, Serena Maneesh and others.
This year he's released a CD, Sirens Of The Apocalypse and an EP, Son Of A Gun on Contraphonic. Bisi's own material combines singer-songwriter story-telling with indie rock, and experimental psychedelia
