Artist Statement:
Bryan Young began his art & design career at the tender age of 3;
telling his mom, "When I grow up I want to be a Pontiac!" it was clear
that a passion for cars was in his blood. Growing up with a father,
and grandfather, who loved cars and an architect/artist of a mother,
Bryan was on a path to become an automotive designer and artist.
Throughout his childhood and teen years, Bryan won various art contests around the
Cleveland, OH area. As high school drew to a close and after being
prepped at Kent State University’s industrial Design program, Bryan
transferred to world renowned CCS art school in Detroit, MI. At Center
for Creative Studies, Bryan’s ardor for all things automotive, art and
motorsports propelled him through the acclaimed Transportation Design
program graduating with a BFA in Transportation Design.

Upon graduation Bryan pursued a successful career as an automotive
designer working on projects for a wide range of organizations
including Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Chrysler, International
Truck & Engine Corp, and a variety of freelance clients. A few of his
professional highlights include the acclaimed ProjectXT concept for
International Truck, which was unveiled at the 2005 Chicago Auto Show,
several design patents for various vehicle interior products,
numerous wheel designs, full vehicle exterior and interiors currently
in production, and many other accomplishments.

After obtaining many professional achievements in corporate America, Bryan made the decision to leave the constraints of corporate design in pursuit of his passion of automotive art and design. Bryan’s friends often refer to him as a, "walking automotive encyclopedia."
