Black Irish is influenced by such heavyhitters as Funkadelic, Led Zep, Fleetwood Mac and Humble Pie. Detroit rock'n'roll heavy hitters Elliott Moses (formerly of Universal Temple of Divine Power) and Tony DeNardo (The Muggs) feature in the band. PJ says, "Elliott Moses is a monster of Detroit rock!" Frank & Jesse are making the well-traveled trek up from Toledo to grace Detroit. DarkRed is made up of two of the coolest dudes in Detroit: Rob Smith and Chris Turner. Darkred is a 4-track project featuring the guitar player from PAIK, one of the most renowned noise bands in the history of the genre. They know noise and they know talent. Turner has a lot of good jokes so make sure you ask to hear one or eight.
