ARTIST: BEVERLY FRE$H
SONG TITLE: HOW YA DO
ALBUM: BED
LABEL: sUPERIORbelly

The "HOW YA DO," is an original dance move, resembling a frantic handshake
along with an uncontrollably shaky leg, that was introduced by Beverly
Fre$h on the second single from his latest album "BED" on sUPERIORbelly
Records. Artist / Architect Ania Jaworska directed the video and designed
the sets, which take visual cues from Cab Calloway's "Old Man River,"
(1964) and Frank Sinatra's "Old Man River" (1946) videos. The director
decided to showcase the fancy side of the often gritty Beverly Fre$h and
used these visual references to pay homage to showmanship of the past.

Beverly Fre$h is a contemporary artist, musician and professor based in

liquor store parking lots, atop the Great Wall of China, Machu Picchu and
at Check Point Charlie. He is an award winning multimedia artist that has
exhibited extensively throughout the U.S. and abroad, including shows in

 PRESS QUOTES
"Beverly Fre$h doesn't live in the world of the ordinary. His album
reflects his bizarre behavior by blending hardcore rap, raw humor, strange
screams, and a cappella chants. Songs about heavy drug use, sex, violence,
and insanity, BED is very entertaining to say the least." (RedScroll
 Records)

"..MC Serch meets Dan Deacon in the alley behind a Detroit art gallery for
a dance-off. We all win," (Detroit Metro Times on Beverly Fre$h's stage)

"..the debatably rabid Beverly Fre$h, who owns a look straight out of
Thunderdome, spitting out lyrics like he just gargled gasoline, which may
 not be an exaggeration." (youknewblog.com)
"Debut masterpiece!" (SoundCheck Music)

"BED is one of the better hip-hop releases to come along in quite some
time, combining the aggressive swagger of retro-sounding rap with more
experimental and modern touches that give the entire record a thoroughly
 unique sound." (Symbiotic Reviews)
