Wild At Heart

Been a good week despite recognizing the 1 year anniversary of my mother's passing today. Remembered her at Lilac Festival and going to a few shows. Saw the Standells, Keller Williams and the Incredible Stringdusters and a pairing of Platinum Blonde and Glass Tiger. Some nice diversity and enjoyable music goes a long way to placate the soul. The lilacs were my mom's favorite flower and I used to get a lot of her birthday and Christmas presents at the festival. It was a rainy day and the lilacs were delayed but the tulips were out in full force.

I don't have much this week though the Movement Festival while not my favorite music of choice (with some exceptions) is always a nice place to hang out and people watch. Get your glow sticks ready.
