THIS WEEKEND: 11th Annual Strange Beautiful Music


New Music Detroit's 11th annual contemporary music marathon!

Strange Beautiful Music is a marathon concert that runs the gamut of experimental music - from contemporary classical and "out" jazz to free improvisation, world music, electronica, and beyond. 3 venues in 2 days with 15 hours of music - September 14th at the Charles Wright Museum and the Detroit Institute of Arts, then September 15th at the DSO Cube.

**The Friday evening portion of #SBM2018 in the Rivera Court at the DIA will be free and open to the public, except for VIP ticket holders (reserved seat with VIP tickets only)
