NSA Wiretapping Challenged in Court for the 1st time in Detroit Federal Court - Monday June 12th 2006

The state wants the lawsuit and more than likely ALL that follow to to be dismissed due the risk of exposing "state secrets". Sharing of phone domestic phone records is also being contested.
