How is the creative community thriving in this upside-down economy?
Join Women In Communications of Detroit at the Russell Industrial Center, the hippest art scene in Detroit, for an imaginative and artistic presentation about the flourishing Detroit creative community.
Michelle Darwish, Business Lives editor of Crain's Detroit Business and editor of the Crain's/Detroit Renaissance site, Detroit Make it Here (http://www.detroitmakeithere.com/ ), will summarize this month’s Creative Cities Summit in Detroit.
Darwish will also demonstrate how to use Detroit Make it Here to post a profile, expand your network and explore the latest developments on the creative and innovative front. Also meet Kirsten Ussery, Detroit Renaissance’s new pr person who discusses research.
Various studios in this gigantic art abode will be open for visits. Attendees will be able to enjoy a light dinner in a facility with 24 hour secure parking.
