If you have ever been to the grocer Holiday Market in Royal Oak just off 696 and Main you probably noticed the heavy construction over the past year as they remodeled the store.
What you may not have noticed or are aware of is that they added a top of the line cooking school on the second floor which is featuring Viking appliances. The classes being offered cover all types of cooking and are demonstrative or hands-on approach.
Better yet, they have opened the classroom/kitchen on Thursday nights for wine tastings and various recipes from the kitchen. It really is something to check out.
