Southwest Artists' Network of Detroit (SWAN - Detroit) hosts a performance by renowned flamenco choreographer, La Chispa & Company, to benefit wellness treatment for the greatly respected Detroit artist, educator and SWAN co-founder, Mary Laredo Herbeck. La Chispa & Company will be accompanied by special guest artists Chayito Champión, cante flamenco singer, and José Vega, flamenco guitarist. The evening will open with a performance by musician Ismael Duran, Chilean singer/songwriter and guitarist and DJ Ellis. There will also be an exhibition of artwork by Mary Laredo Herbeck and SWAN member artists.V.I.P. seat tickets are available for $40/person and regular tickets are $20/person suggested donation.
All proceeds from the evening will go towards a fund
for Mary Laredo Herbeck's wellness treatment.
