On the Rocks Detroit along with Made In Detroit present Shiprocked- a moonlight rock and roll cruise on the Detroit Princess Riverboat, celebrating Kid Rock protégé Ty Stone's EP release on Atlantic Records.
This event on the Detroit River features live performances by Ty Stone and his all-star band The Truth (featuring members of Uncle Kracker's band bassist Matt Van and drummer Steve Stetson), along with acclaimed rockers Robin Horlock, Brandon Calhoon (of CBS' Rockstar INXS) and Frankie D'Angelo.

Boarding is at 10 pm (at Civic Center Drive behind Cobo Arena), cruise is from 11pm to 1am, and ages 21 and over are welcome to attend. The Kid Rock-produced EP is Ty Stone's first release on Atlantic Records. With a limited pressing of just 500 copies, Shiprocked attendees will have first dibs on what's sure to be a collectable disc.
While on board, Ty Stone will also treat ticket holders to an EP signing. Hot on the heels of their recent sold-out dual CD release party are Robin Horlock and Brandon Calhoon who will also be rocking the boat with live performances, in addition to acoustic troubadour Frankie D'Angelo opening the show.
