End of the World Party, Club Inferno, Fri. Dec. 7, 2012

If you travel in certain circles you might have received an invite to Dirtys End of the World Party, a dance party, art show extravaganza being held at a place many people may consider near the end of the world - Club Inferno in Walled Lake. I hadn't been to an event like this before, where glass blowers, dancers and artists congregate and party but with free entry, free beer and pizza - I should at least get a glimpse of it and maybe even a photo or two or three....

Here are Glass Blowers from the Michigan Glass Project, hard at work at the show in front of some onlookers. The heat was pretty intense and what exactly they were making with the glass I'm going to leave it up to you to figure out!

There were also artists there working in an inspiring environment. The artwork was a mix of graffiti, gaming characters and hieroglyphics. 

Here's DJ Heady Ruxpin mixing some heavy dubstep and dance rhythms. 

The GL&M Dolls also graced the event with their presence which is always welcome they dance on two separate gated risers the entire night.

All and all a pretty good night with a lot of fascinating sights, good grooves and did I mention the free drinks and pizza!?!
