Don't miss the largest off-site adoption event in the country!

The Michigan Humane Society and Detroit Zoo will present the 16th annual spring Meet Your Best Friend at the Zoo event on Saturday and Sunday, May 3 & 4, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Michigan Humane Society and more than 20 additional adoption groups will be on-hand with hundreds of dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and rabbits available for adoption.

There is no charge for admission or parking for the event.

Adoption fees and policies vary by participating group.
