The best and last great party and Rock show of the year will definitely be at the legendary motorcycle customizing shop in Detroit. MOTOWN CUSTOM CYCLES on Michigan Ave on December 14.
Motown Custom Cycles owner, Dave Arzola who is also drag bike pilot, has been featured in the late artist's Mike Kelly film about Mobile Homestead an has operated the classic Detroit bike shop for over 25 years at it's legendary location on Michigan Ave- welcomes the Rock and Roll stylings of Jimmy Ohio And The Ultimate Lovers and 3 great Detroit artists, Marc Nischan, Jenni Swanson and Car Builder, Keith Coleman, on Saturday, December 14th from 6-10PM
Jimmy Ohio has moved back from New York and now hooks up with some classic Detroit musicians, Jeff Meier, (ROCKET 455, founding member of The DETROIT COBRAS,Nathaniel Mayer) and the primal pounding of drummer, Deb Agolli, (Outrageous Cherry, GORE GORE GIRLS, BOOTSEY X) A Killer Rock show to be sure!!!
And it's in the actual Motown Custom Cycle shop!!!
This setting will be like a Detroit biker version of Grease, with a killer live band playing and the local Hot Rod art of Marc Nischan, car builder, Keith Coleman and the paintings of Jenni Swanson to add to the ambience of this quintessentially Detroit Rock And Roll Party!
This unique music and art show conceived by Artist/customizer, JR is very rare opportunity to see a show at this unique, but perfect location with truly classic Detroit musicians in an all star band, and of course, original Detroit art too.
