Toronto based catl. are a high-energy rock n' roll duo featuring Sarah K. slammin' the stand-up drum-kit, and Jamie Fleming bashing away on the ol' Gretsch archtop. This year they are heading down to Austin TX for SXSW as an Official 2015 Showcasing Artist, but first they're stopping in Hamtramck's Lo & Behold! to tear it up! Let's do this Detroit!
catl. holds The Motor City dear to their hearts having recorded with Jim Diamond at Ghetto Recorders in downtown Detroit for 3 of their 4 full-length releases. In fact, they just finished recording a BRAND NEW 7-inch single with Diamond, which marks the last time the band will record in the legendary studio's original spot before it is forced to re-locate in late May of this year. The band has played Detroit numerous times at Pj's Lagerhouse and the Garden Bowl, often using the city as a launching pad for larger American tours.
