Kate Earl is pleased
to announce a run of support dates this April
with former Jack's
Mannequin and Something Corporate
frontman
Andrew McMahon,
dates listed below.
Kate, a remarkable singer and role model emerged with
a flourish
this winter on Stronger, her third album and debut
for Downtown Records.
The album's sound - a rootsy brand of all-American pop
rock
- recalls classic works by legendary female artists such as
Stevie Nicks
and Joni Mitchell and resonates like a contemporary
Feist or Cat Power.
Kate wrote and recorded the new
album with Brett Dennen
and former Dawes member
Blake Mills. Stronger is dedicated
to the singer's
firsthand challenges of motherhood as an artist, love and
courage.
