THE PRIME MINISTERS were formed in the late ‘90s by friends Todd Wicks and Ned Coho, who grew up together in the Detroit suburb of Rochester Hills. Several self-released CDs followed, along with growing acclaim and a local following for their pop nuggets that appeal to fans of the mainstream (Foo Fighters, Gin Blossoms) and the seminal (Replacements, Sloan) alike. Completed by Brandon Malik and Ron Vensko, the band released its acclaimed “BUDGET CUTS” EP and won the 2006 Detroit News Sonic Summer contest, besting over 100 local bands. Currently, the PM are celebrating the release of their new full-length CD, “COMPROMISER” and recently filmed a video for the single “Learned From The Best.”
