Detroit at the Hard Rock Cafe located at 45 Monroe Street
Come early for our monthly 3rd Thursday: Community Connect. Our charity partner for the evening is Project Helping Hands (http://www.nso-mi.org/helping-hands.php). This project is a collaboration between the Neighborhood Service Organization and the Detroit Department of Health and Wellness Promotion that brings a team of professionals to the homeless to provide immediate triage and evaluation and transportation to diverse support programs. We will be collecting coffee (cans of ground coffee, powdered cream, sugar) and also warm gloves and socks.
