MCB was invited to the soft opening of Matt Prentice's latest endeavor, Detroit Prime.
The restaurant is located at 32769 Northwestern Highway.
This is not your typical steakhouse.
The restaurant is bright and colorful with tributes to some of Detroit's retail & entertainment icons. The staff is friendly and very helpful with a menu that does not disappoint with something for everyone to choose.
From a new spin on the brasserie classic; Steak Frites or 100% ground Prime brisket burgers to Grilled Day Boat Scallops or Tempeh stuffed Anaheim Peppers, and the desserts will not disappoint with a Sander's Hot Fudge & cream puff sundae as big as your head and a stacked carrot cake that you would regret sharing..
