TONIGHT: Downtown Royal Oak Merchants Revel 'LADIES NIGHT OUT'

LADIES, DOWNTOWN MERCHANTS REVEL IN 'NIGHT OUT'

THURSDAY MAY 8, 2014 6-10 PM

Delicious appetizers, drink specials, free products, special promotions and prizes are on the itinerary when Ladies Night Out returns to downtown Royal Oak on Thursday, May 8.

The event brings in thousands of women from surrounding communities for a fabulous night of fun at nearly three dozen downtown establishments.

What happens in Royal Oak stays in Royal Oak during the four-hour event, according to Linda Isrow of the Royal Oak Association of Retailers.

"The event seems to get bigger and better every year," Isrow said. "It's a great event for women and our downtown businesses, too. Men, of course, are welcome to tag along but it's really a 'girl' thing."

Passport to fun and prizes

Ladies can pick up special passports and maps at any of the participating businesses. Anyone who visits at least nine retailers and collects nine passport stamps will be entered into a drawing for prizes.
