Industrial music icons Skinny Puppy formed in Canada in the early 1980’s as an idea amongst friends Nivek Ogre, cEVIN Key and producer/engineer Dave 'Rave' Ogilvie.

Skinny Puppy has definitely grown and evolved into one of the most creative and prolific musical groups of our time. Over the course of the years Skinny Puppy has released over a dozen albums, along with multiple remixes, compilations, singles, and side projects.

Their latest release “Mythmaker” is considered by many to be their most ambitious work to date. The album is filled with dark, beautiful, twisted and angry compositions. There is no arguing Skinny Puppy’s incredible influence on the past and present, and it’s clear that the greatest work from this industrial powerhouse is in the future.

Skinny Puppy will arrive at the Royal Oak Music Theatre on Wednesday, November 11th 2009. Tickets are $27 in advance and $30 at the door. Doors are at 8:00 pm. All ages are welcome.
