MN phenomenon Trampled by Turtles are joining forces

with Nashville barnburners the Infinite Stringdusters for the “Fly Palomino” Tour.

Trampled by Turtles’ blend of dazzling speedgrass – one critic described it as “having your face melted off by a mandolin” – coupled with thoughtful, Townes Van Zant-esque originals launched them from hometown phenomenon to national status.

Their most recent release, Palomino, entered the Billboard Bluegrass chart at #1; but the band’s unique sound, incorporating the band members’ personal musical backgrounds in punk and rock and roll, makes them a hard act to pigeonhole. TBT’s high-energy shows, featuring tight harmonies, dazzling picking and haunting songs is what brings in converts of all musical persuasions.
