BACK STORY:
After a solid year of challenging audiences and themselves with visceral
and equally almost mythological live performances around Detroit, opening
the doors to their roving Sparklewood Friendship Society Club wherever
they played like a sideshow attraction or sonic church, the band hunkered
down in the studio with www.KNERD.com founder Rob Shelby for their first
official offering to the public.

recycled paper with a homemade wildflower seeded paper insert.
Ever the collaborators and sharers of knowledge esoteric and of the
common man, Macrame Tiger had been on the radar of Loco Gnosis having
shared stages, meals, flasks and otherwise for some time. Loco's Primary
Curator Jeff Howitt thought that the band should release the album
themselves as Sparklewood had pulled in faces from the forest who had not
found the light or who were afraid to dance with the shadows of life.

each movement of peoples stands on their own in name and function yet an
integration of resources and purpose has merged both camps into a wilder

Loco Gnosis started almost 5 years ago with a handful of DIY'ers and each
