Detroit RAWK!, an ongoing showcase of Detroit’s finest rock artists, live at Hard Rock.

Motorcity Special kicks off this ongoing live music series at Hard Rock on April 21 at 7 p.m. with Detroit Music Award-winning artist Carolyn Striho and Detroit rockers The Handgrenades. DJs Blon D. Troit and CASH4GOLD will be spinning all kinds of Detroit vinyl in between sets, including the soon-to-be-released Motorcity Special #4 – Detroit Ladies Live, recorded live in Hamtramck on Feb. 12 2011.

Hard Rock has plans to make Detroit RAWK! an ongoing event, showcasing talent from labels all across metro Detroit.
