Southeastern Michigan and Northwestern Ohio regions are two areas that hold a great wealth of visual art talent. But, for some reason, there seems to be a boundary greater than the state line between the two. South of the Border presents a great opportunity to highlight work of that might not otherwise be seen in the Detroit area.
