Join the Detroit Zoo and the Michigan Humane Society on May 5 & 6, 2007 for Meet Your Best Friend at the Zoo. This is the largest off-site adoption event in the country and is held in the Zoo's small parking lot, underneath the landmark water tower. Hundreds of dogs, cats, puppies and kittens will be available for adoption.

Parking and admission for the event are free.
