July 28-29, 2012 With over 450 makers at this year's Maker Faire Detroit, there is something for everyone! Art installations, robots, science projects, crafts, food and health products, and all sorts of items from the high- to low-tech and the nifty to nerdy - that's just some of what you'll see.
Children of all ages will dig the carnival-like atmosphere that offers hands-on activities, from learning to solder to Arts & Scraps, sponsored by Ford Motor Company Fund.
